4/4 Violin Hand-made in Mittenwald (Germany) circa 1870. From Peter Kyvelos' collection.
Absolute beautiful sound and clarity.
1.] French graft on head stock.
2.] All pegs holes re-bushed.
3.] Replaced missing wood in pegbox.
4.] Pegbox cracks repaired over bushings to strengthen peg box.
5.] New Boxwood pegs fitted.
6.] Belly patches under top to deal with sound post and top cracks. The top is now extremely strong, and all cracks stabilized.
7.] Missing corner replaced, lower top bass side.
8.]New Bridge, nut and end pin button.
9.] New Sound post.
